Refund policy

RETURN & REPAIR POLICY

FWX Studio creates handmade custom figures made to order. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind.

Please note that small imperfections may be present as each piece is individually handmade.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defective part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@fwxstudio.com and include clear photos of the issue.

If a part is broken or defective, we will repair or remake the affected piece free of charge. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement part.

If the item needs to be returned to us for repair:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
- FWX Studio will repair or remake the affected part free of charge.
- FWX Studio will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired item back to the customer.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

We are committed to finding a fair solution for any issue related to damage or manufacturing defects.
