SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping across Spain, Europe, and worldwide.

All our pieces are made to order and carefully handcrafted.

Preparation time: 15–20 business days after payment is received.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: approximately 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Please note that international deliveries may take slightly longer due to customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Preparation and shipping times are separate. The estimated delivery time begins only after your order has been completed and dispatched.
